Meet Our Team
2010 was such a successful year that we have been forced to expand in all areas. In 2011 we have a brand new Company structure with new processes and procedures in place to ensure we can continue to supply all our clients with the same superior service they have come to expect from us and so much more.
We have identified and created three main Company structures.
Sales & marketing Department;
Support Department &
Operations Department
Our Sales & marketing Department is headed by our Director, Alain van Achter and incorporates the New Business Division. Mr Van Achter is assisted by Louise Hunt in the Marketing Division.
Our Support Department is expertly run by our Financial manager, Francois van der Vyver. Francois is responsible for the Finance Department, the HR, Buying Departments as well as the Asset management Department. Office Support, Administration Division & the Quality Control Division is also under this banner & managed by Francois. He has a fully experienced and professional team heading these divisions. In the months ahead we will be introducing you to each of these Divisions and employees.
The Operations Department is responsible for all planning related matters. The new Web site and all matters relating to it, falls within this department as well. Within Operations, we have 2 main divisions Projects and Maintenance. The Project Division is headed by our Project Managers and they have project teams under them per Client / Project. The maintenance division is overseen by the Maintenance manager, Graeme Peacock, who attends (with the assistance of a fully qualified maintenance team) to all matters logged on the website or any matters relating to Clients that we have service / Maintenance agreements in place with.
In the course of the year we will be introducing each Department with their respective Divisions to you via the web site as well as personally. We urge you to log on to our website often to “Meet out Team” – meet the people who will be looking after your business.
